Baltic InnoLab Starts a New Erasmus+ Journey Towards Green, Digital and Inclusive Adult Education

The world around us is changing rapidly. New technologies, artificial intelligence and sustainability challenges are reshaping the way we work, learn and participate in society. To make sure that nobody is left behind in this transition, Baltic InnoLab is launching a new Erasmus+ project: “Weaving an Inclusive Baltic InnoLab Future with Green and Digital Threads.”

The project will help us strengthen our own capacities as an organisation while creating better learning opportunities for the adults and communities we work with across Lithuania.

Over the coming months, members of the Baltic InnoLab team will take part in international training activities focused on artificial intelligence, sustainability and inclusive learning design. These experiences will provide practical knowledge, tools and methods that can be directly applied to our daily work and future educational programmes.

A key part of this journey will be learning alongside our trusted partner, Monad Institute in Türkiye. Their long-standing experience in adult education and international training programmes makes them an ideal partner for this project. Through their expertise, practical methodologies and intercultural perspective, our team will gain valuable insights that will help us create more innovative, inclusive and future-oriented learning opportunities in Lithuania.

Through the project, we aim to:
● strengthen our digital competencies and integrate AI tools into our work and learning activities;
● develop practical approaches that help people turn sustainability principles into everyday habits;
● make learning opportunities more accessible and engaging for adults with fewer opportunities, including women in rural areas, seniors and socially vulnerable groups.

The knowledge gained during the project will be transformed into new learning materials, improved training programmes and innovative tools that support both learners and educators. We also hope to create more personalised, accessible and future-oriented learning experiences that respond to the realities people face today.

Importantly, the project is not only about organisational development. It is also about sharing knowledge and building stronger communities. Through workshops, local events and collaboration with partners, we will share the results of the project with a wider audience and contribute to ongoing discussions about digital transformation, sustainability and lifelong learning.

At Baltic InnoLab, we believe that meaningful change happens when people are given the skills, confidence and opportunities to take part in shaping the future. This Erasmus+ project is another step in that direction, helping us build a more inclusive, resilient and future-ready learning environment for everyone.
